Create a test reservation (staging only)

/v2/facilities/:facility_id/reservations

Staging environment only. This endpoint is disabled in production.

Creates a fake reservation into the staging environment so that API consumers can validate their implementation. The created reservation will appear in the standard reservation lookup endpoints.
