Share entry, exit, scan, and other parking events, including vehicle and credential details, to keep reservation status up to date.

Start with Getting an Access Token to request a token for this API. Then follow Sending an Observation to build and send an observation. The Observations API requires the observations scope and uses a different audience and API URL from the Validation API.
